Penentuan Status Gizi Balita Menggunakan Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (anfis)

Abstract / Intisari :
Nutritional status is a state of the body as a result of the consumption of food and use nutrients. The situation can be distinguished with less nutritional status, better, and more. One of the health indicators in the MDGs attainment is assessed nutritional status of children. Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is a method that combines the mechanism of fuzzy inference systems with neural networks. This research used ANFIS and hybrid algorithm as a training algorithm with the main purpose to make determination of nutritional status of children. This study using ANFIS method used 4 (four) parameters of input. Four parameters are: weight, comorbidities, and economic status. The assumed inference system used is the orde 0 Takagi Sugeno Kang (TSK), with a hybrid training method. The result of the determination obtained in this research has generated the smallest training error of 0.11432. For the test of the system, it has been found that the combination of parameters that will be used in the training process, namely the training and testing data, the quantities and the type of membership functions has affected the accuracy of the determination generated by the system.
