Recognize technology base on image so far can be develop more and more, to help costumer for recognize good taste fruits, a few method has been used to solve how recognize good taste fruits. This research using colours based RGB for each image capture lemon fruits, the results of RGB lemon fruits can be classified with neural networks Learning Vector Quantization. The measuring identified image fruits can be part . Part 1 using training data resulting 91,67% accurate then part 2 using testing data that resulting 89,28% with 12 images training data and 28 images testing data. Keywords—RGB, LVQ, Buah Jeruk
