Abstract / Intisari :
In a study of Islamic law, franchising (franchise) is almost similar to the model shirkah mudaraba (profit sharing), evolved along with the development of age and have combined with other types of shirkah. Shirkah (fellowship) in Islamic law and many species there are differences by priests schools. And please note that the pattern of transactions governed by Islamic law is focused on the side of a higher morality than any.
